A day late (I legit forgot but I prepared it long in advance since last month so might as well upload it today rather than doing another character and wait next year to post this theme, anyways) but yesterday was September 8th, the birthday of Celica A. Mercury.

First character I put the CPEX music for (not a lot of them made their playable debut in that version, others were there before via DLC like Kokonoe)
First time trying the scrolling for the upper screen for one of these specifically and I couldn't really properly align them right.

The first paragraph of this description reminds me of last year when I wanted to make an Azrael theme after I've done Valkenhayn the month before that but misread/misremembered the specific day so I went for a Rachel theme instead LOL.
